Emerging technology creates possibilities.Product leadership makes them useful.

I help organizations turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction—connecting technology, data, customer value, and the realities of organizational change.

Explore my work

The hardest product work rarely starts with a clean brief.

It begins with competing priorities, incomplete evidence, technical uncertainty, and people who see the problem differently. That is the work I gravitate toward.

  • New or poorly defined product opportunities
  • AI and platform decisions with real operational constraints
  • Multi-team initiatives that need shared direction and adoption

Three capabilities that turn complexity into progress.

Not a list of skills. A connected way of working from ambiguity to useful change.

Shape direction from ambiguity

I turn incomplete opportunities into a clear problem definition, an evidence plan, strategic choices, and an executable path forward.

Clarity without oversimplification.

Connect technology to value

I evaluate AI, data, and platform options through customer usefulness, business impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.

Possibility, tested against reality.

Create alignment that moves work forward

I build shared direction across leadership, product, engineering, data, operations, domain experts, and external partners.

Alignment as product work.

Complex product work starts with better questions.

These recurring lenses connect technical possibility, customer value, organizational reality, and a credible path forward.

AI knowledge systems

When does an AI capability become a dependable product?

What I ask

What would make a knowledge workflow useful, trustworthy, and repeatable beyond a strong demo?

What I look for

Evidence quality, workflow fit, evaluation, ownership, and the conditions required for adoption.

Platform transformation

How can a platform evolve without losing the organization?

What I ask

Where are legacy constraints, fragmented ownership, or operating friction limiting useful change?

What I look for

A shared direction connecting priorities, dependencies, capability, and operating implications.

Product & workflow design

Where does operational friction reveal a product opportunity?

What I ask

Which recurring problems create the most meaningful customer or operational leverage?

What I look for

Workflow evidence, problem boundaries, adoption conditions, and the smallest credible path forward.

How I approach product work

A promising idea is only the beginning.

Useful products emerge when evidence, direction, alignment, execution, adoption, and impact reinforce one another.

  1. Opportunity

    What could become meaningfully better?

  2. Evidence

What do we know, assume, and still need to learn?

  3. Direction

Which problem, users, value, and tradeoffs define the product?

  4. Alignment

Who must agree, contribute, change, or adopt?

  5. Execution

What is the smallest credible path from decision to delivery?

  6. Adoption

How does the product become part of real behavior and operations?

  7. Impact

What changed, and what should we learn next?

Different environments. The same recurring question.

How do we make complex products genuinely useful?

My work has developed across technology, digital products, platforms, data, and now AI-driven transformation. In environments including Al Jazeera, Maqsam, and Expedia, I have been drawn to problems that sit between disciplines—where a good answer requires more than product process alone.

Those environments shaped a practical approach: understand the system, make the tradeoffs explicit, create shared direction, and design for the point where a product meets real behavior.
